Friendly family-run hotel with great facilities, including a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by fruit trees. Clean rooms with nice balconies with a convenient location near the lake and a short walk to the city centre. The staff was very cute, open, and helpful with transportation and parking.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of several attractions and a convenience store nearby. the family who run this place are friendly and accommodating, even offering airport pick, up. the pool area was well, kept, providing a cool escape from the hot Macedonian sun.
The plastic sun, loungers were uncomfortable and the pool had no shallow end, making it less suited for families with smaller children. the noise from the surrounding area was a bit of an issue, so if you're a light sleeper, bring some earplugs.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and I couldn't fault a thing.
